Downloading our FREE portfolios in any order
you like, and not just glancing through them, but studying
them.
Alternatively, you could visit
their corresponding websites (the contents of the sites are virtually identical to our PDF
documents,
with the exceptions of slight modifications to the index pages and the sign up
forms in the TOCs).
Use the content
and links in the portfolios/sites. Read them. Click on the links and purchase some of the
courses. Apply the information that you learn.
The books were
created first and foremost to be educational tools; only secondarily are they
superb affiliate selling tools. So read them through. Study each of the Masters
thoroughly. These are the BIG GUNS with whom you will be doing business one day.
You want to be thoroughly familiar with all their products and services and the
way they conduct their business.

#3: You are going to need to
register a domain
name (because most affiliate programs require or request a website
url-domain
name when you sign up.)
(Even if you already have a
website, it might be a good idea to register another one for your WSM venture,
unless you can easily incorporate these products into your current business.)

these days there is simply no reason to agonize over the process. You can find some low cost domain

#4: Go ahead and
order your own, customizable Perpetual Profit Portfolio(s). Join the
affiliate programs for your ppp(s) and brand them with your new profit earning
IDs.
Time to get your own fully

Decide on how you are going to market your PPPs and, if
you don't already have one, get yourself a website - or several.
Once you've got your PPP(s), you
need a place to upload them to (and a place where folks can download them from).
You're going to need to get yourself a website. (Of course, you're going to
need to get a website sooner or later anyway, if you're serious about making any
kind of money online.)
Now, for what it's worth I am
going to make a recommendation here. I am going to recommend that you look into
Ken Evoy's Site Build It - seriously. I honestly feel that the all around
functionality that Ken has contrived to pack into this remarkable tool really
does make it an exceptional Web presence solution. It literally does everything
for you when it comes to building and promoting a business on the Web.
If you go this route, you won't
have to worry about getting an email system or hosting service - or even
purchasing a domain name. It all comes with the package. Recently,
Simon Grabowski of Implix has come out with WebsiteWizard,
which is very similar to SBI in the all around functionality it offers, but it
doesn't have SBIs
proven track record, particularly with respect to consistent top Google
listings.
Even if you don't go with SBI,
you should take
a look at this site, as it will give you excellent ideas on how to
set up a theme-based affiliate site that works. Here are some other links you

If you are just interested in

The choice
up to you. You can find write-ups on these services and plenty more in our Getting

and information, so that
you will have the confidence to make well informed decisions.
If you're wondering why we don't
provide you with ready-made sites, review what I have to say in Step
7. We do, however, provide you with all the graphics and content you

Center to build a handsome, professional website, while at the
same time insuring that it won't be a cookie-cutter, duplicate site because YOU
will have to use your own creativity and initiative in determining how you will
design or layout your site to reflect your unique vision.
If the thought of setting up your
own site intimidates you, make sure your read our Planning
Your Site Portfolio or visit
the website.
You will also have to determine
how large or small you want your site to be. If you are a beginner, you might
want to go with a simple mini-site or single sales page. This way you can easily
be set up and running in a day.
On the other hand, if you
purchased our Whole
Kit'nKaBoodle package, you might be thinking along the lines of
designing a site with a page or pages devoted to the theme of each book. For
instance, you could have a home page covering the WSM System itself, with your
report and subscriber form, and then interior pages headed by pictures of each
of the books and perhaps write-ups of a few featured affiliate programs. (For

If you purchased a single package,
you might create a theme-based content site around the particular topic of your
package. So, for instance, if you purchased all the books in our Web
Presence package, you might build a site around all that goes into
the actual process of setting up a business online.
As you can see, you have plenty of
options. All you have to do is decide which way you want to go, and then hop to
it.

#6: Set up an eBook/eCourse Dispersal System to build
YOUR Permission-based Opt-in
Subscriber List!
Okay, now you've got your
portfolios and your website, the only thing that's left for you to do is to connect the two
by setting up an e-book/e-course dispersal system to collect those precious email
addresses.
To do this you are going to either
want to use a simple autoresponder system or a full system eBusiness automation
system. Your choice will depend on whether you intend on expanding your business
to cover selling goods and services down the line, or whether you just plan to
stick to offering affiliate or joint venture products, or perhaps using third party processors.
If you plan on expanding your
business, running your own newsletter or having your own affiliate program,
you're probably better off going with a complete eBusiness automation system
from the get-go, something like:

I

Okay,
beyond this piece of advice I have two others.
1. While I know that we cover your online options
pretty extensively in our
Promotion courses
(right click to download), don't
ignore your offline options. There are plenty of places to leave
flyers and calling cards, showing our courses bearing your affiliate links
(gyms, coffee houses, convenience stores (with the owner's permission, of
course), ATM kiosks,
car windows in parking lots. (I'd advise using a link cloaking tool, like
Affiliate Profit Guard, to disguise your affiliate ID.)
You can pick up the graphics for the flyers and
calling cards at our Promotion Center, print
them up, add your website URL, xerox them and distribute them at work,
recreation centers and other places where you feel comfortable.
2.
Always
remember,
YOU are GIVING AWAY a QUALITY PRODUCT to prospects in exchange for their
name on YOUR LIST; their agreement to have you contact them again with valuable information that solves
their problems or addresses their needs. NEVER
LOSE SIGHT OF THIS FACT. Never let your zeal to build your list overtake your
principles or integrity in how you go about building it.
And once you have got
your list built, you have got to nurture it. Your LIST will make or break your business.
Yes,
the beauty of
your LIST is that you can mail to it over and over again, but if you ask me, most
marketers, even experienced ones, take far too much advantage of this. If you
want to grow your list and keep your subscribers subscribed, you need to exercise extreme
caution in your mailings.
When you sign up for our affiliate programs,
many will provide you with stock ads you can mail out to
your list. DON'T DO IT! HOLD OFF on any promoting to your list until you have
built up a solid rapport with your subscribers. They WILL RESENT any sales
promotion you send them and instantly OPT OFF your list if you jump the gun!
So, my advice to you. Don't be in too much of a rush to test
out your LIST. Take it slow. Be
patient. Do your homework. Come up with a truly worthwhile offer
before you
push that send button. One of the first offers you are going to want
to present to your list is a very simple one. And it is one that you can even
use on your "Thank You for Subscribing" message. But
it is essential that you get this message out to everyone on your list as soon
as possible. And, believe me, they will appreciate it!
